Amazing service from Frankie and the owner Mohamed!!! We purchased a car from them.. they ensured we felt valued and secure with our purchase from start to finish. The car needs a couple of very minor fixes. They set up and appointment and placed everything in writing without me asking. I’m big on customer service and this was a great experience. Not to mention the car is Gorg!

I normally don’t post reviews, but First Class Auto is absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful when my engine needed to be replaced, and worked with my warranty to get the costs covered. They communicated every step of the way and always made sure to be upfront about costs and the time it would take to repair. I HIGHLY recommend coming to them when in need of a repair. They were even able to get my car in last minute before they closed when I was stuck on the side of the road, and gave me a recommendation for a very quick tow truck to get there. I knew I was right to trust the other reviews and take my car to them.

First Class Auto handler my electrical issues and oil leak. They were very professional, the service was done very quickly and overall I was extremely satisfied. They definitely made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Great customer service. Double checked their work. Fixed my car in a day. My car rides so much smoother and they showed me the parts they replaced. Also sells cars for reasonable prices. My new go to shop!

Great shop. My van was out of service for two months and first class was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it at pretty reasonable time. Corey kept me informed about everything and the price was very reasonable also. I highly recommend to Anyone who needs their car fixed. I will be coming here from now on whenever my vehicle needs work. Thanks for everything.

Drove to Kentucky from Georgia for a basketball tournament. Our Yukon started acting up Friday night. The next day after looking at reviews I found First Class Auto Service . I told Maria and TJ my problems and within minutes TJ found two issues, one was a faulty starter and a bad battery. They squeezed me in and got the job done and was going to stay over to complete it. The mechanic TJ was awesome and Maria up front was honest and friendly. They saved us and we will be back on the road going home on time. Thank you!

I will be the first to say that finding a mechanic is hard, especially one that you can rely on. It took me going to numerous shops until I stumbled upon first class auto service while driving down hikes lane. What got me in the door was that they are open on Saturdays so you really can’t beat that. As for the staff, Cory was very helpful in getting all my questions answered, and explaining what was found through the diagnostic process. As for the work that was done, my car is no longer making the noise that it was making for months as different mechanics were not able to solve my wheel bearing issues. First class Auto has the tools needed to get the job done efficiently and effectively. If you’re looking for a cheap shop, do not look here. Though the prices may seem moderate (meaning not cheap but not overly priced) the work is exceptional (and under warranty), so take my advice and just spend the money for quality work. That way you don’t have to have your car issues hanging over your head just trying to go the cheapest route. I will be coming back to first class auto for any of my future needs and will be referring this shop to my friends and family. Thank you Cory, Maria & the mechanics!!

The guys at First Class Auto Service are exceptional in their knowledge, talent and skill. They service my car, my mother's two vehicles and a couple of my neighbors cars as well. They use top-notch Grade A quality materials that I feel so comfortable with and paying for. They aren't the cheapest repair shop in the area, but the confidence and reassurance you receive along side those other attributes is well worth it which, to me, is fair trade. Additionally, the customer service experience is superb as well. These folks have earned all of my automotive repair business. Oh, btw, they sell cars too and they got some really nice stuff in their inventory!
